Hello my dear friends and wonderful community!
Praise be to the Father and The Son and The Holy Spirit!
Thank you for all your prayers, support, and every act of charity and love you have shown our family. I will never be able to write you all or show you all how thankful we are.
I had a rough 7 weeks through the radiation treatment. I finished May 11th and I am beginning to see improvement this week. God hears our prayers and my cries.
The seizures have improved greatly, not gone, but mild and less frequent. I am in a better mindset, praise God. I am able to spend more time with the family and do more. I am trying to find a balance between resting, not meeting my own expectations, and doing too much to where I dont feel well. When I feel well, I want to do more, then I fall back and cant do anything. Overall there is improvement and I need to be more grateful for all the answers to prayers. Thank you Lord for all of it comes from you.
I know recovery will take months or even longer, not knowing what that will look like, if the cancer will come back soon, later, or never again is the hard part.
O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything. Jesus, I trust in you. Help me trust you more. I want God’s Will above all. I love you Lord, help me love You more.
June 11th is my follow up appt for radiation and get results from the MRI I will have shortly before that appointment.
Now it is taking everything day by day. I am so thankful for every person that has supported us in every way. Thank you to the family and friends that have been here daily helping with children, cleaning, in the trenches, thank you for the meals, snacks, donations for food. Thank you for all those that donated time, money, words of wisdom, encouragement, visits, texts, prayers. Everyone has their own struggles and crosses to carry, yet you have all helped carry ours. I pray for all of you and your intentions. I know I repeat myself but I really want you all to know how much each of you mean to me.
Thank you Lord for my blessings and crosses. I pray one day, I will be given the opportunity to help each of you in the ways that I can. May God bless and reward you all.
